Blueguard Security recognizes that great organizations are built with great people.  To that end, the importance of quality training can never be under stated.  Blueguard Security provides quality in house training for all employees.

Certified Security Officers receive our Basic Security Officer Training Course at the Baltimore Training Center.  This course of instruction includes educating employees about the organization itself, policy, procedure, chain of command, uniforms, computer systems, and other organizationally specific areas.  This course also covers universal areas of security service such as:

Off-Duty Law Enforcement Officers bring a very different level of training and experience to our organization.  Law Enforcement Officers have already completed many months of entry level police training that are far superior and more in depth than training offered by any security agency.  In addition, we regularly call upon our off-duty police to direct or train our security officers in specific areas where their expertise would be most beneficial.
