Blueguard Security provides a Single Point of Contact for each client.  Your customer service representative can be reached by phone, email, or fax, and can meet all of your needs.  You won't be referred from one department to another.

Blueguard Security provides 24 Hour Availability for emergencies.  Our emergency line, or emergency contact page is monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  If you have any problems at your site we will address them promptly and efficiently.

Blueguard Security provides a Complete Detailed Billing for each assignment.  One complete invoice is provided for each billing period, or for each individual event.  This invoice has a complete breakdown of the services, hours, fees, and taxes.  You can pay this invoice as your would for any other vendor instead of paying each of your own security guards separately.
